Borgo Il Melone

Located in the fabulous Tuscan countryside is Borgo Il Melone, which was skillfully restored to its original appearance. The Borgo belongs to a local aristocratic family, the Mancinis, whose history is closely tied to the city’s and the region’s. It was once a farm settlement adjoining the main house. From the end of the sharecropping system in the late 1960s to the 1980s, the buildings were unused, with the exception of the main historic villa. The owner decided to convert it into a resort by restoring all buildings to their original splendor. A wonderful hotel situated in an independent and private area of the Borgo, with indoor restaurant and two magnificent terraces, which are the most popular for private weddings and parties.
